Domestic Shipping 

Our website banner has the most up to date information for shipping timeframes. This is subject to change based on inventory and product availability. 

We will ship by the most reasonable means according to the size and weight of your order.

Motominded is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays or other occurrences and the shipping fee is non-refundable. In cases such as these, please directly contact the courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.

International Shipping and Customs

It is the buyer's responsibility to know and understand the customs laws regarding the country of delivery. Motominded does not charge tax on International orders. Any customs fees that are charged by country of delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. Motominded generally uses UPS or DHL for international shipments as they seem to be most reliable and also get through customs quicker than other carriers. Please email office@motominded.com with a complete shipping address for specific carrier requests prior to an order being placed. We will do our best to see if we can accommodate the request. 

Customs fees and VAT are separate and have nothing to do with any shipping charges. If the customer refuses to pay such customs charges, the shipment will be returned to sender and the customer will be responsible for second shipment charges if they opt for a re-delivery. Please note that the receiver is responsible for covering the customs fees based on the country of delivery regulations.  

Motominded has no control over the time the shipment spends in transit. Absolutely no refunds on international shipping costs. Please know that tracking packages after they have entered customs can be difficult. Please note that Motominded has no control on the time shipments may spend in Customs Inspection.

If you refuse your package or the package is returned to sender, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any custom fees or taxes that are incurred. If the package is undeliverable and returned to Motominded, the shipping and return shipping total charges will be deducted from your merchandise payment amount refunded. In the instance that the price to return the merchandise exceeds the total amount of the merchandise including shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer returns for international orders.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if delivered in packaging. Send us an email and explain your situation. If eligible, we will issue an RMA#. We must have the RMA# on or in the box or the package will be returned.  Once received with matching RMA# we will review and determine if we will refund and to what value it would be. 

Motominded can only accept returns from purchases made on Motominded.com - If your item was purchased from a distributor of Motominded, please return the product to them.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the ACTUAL cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund (which likely more than what you paid in shipping).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (full or partial refund)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
