Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Once we receive the returned item, we will evaluate the condition of the item and determine percentage of the refund. Please mock up anodized products before bolting them down. Creating wear marks can reduce your refund if you later decide to return something.

To be eligible for a full return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It does not have to be in the original packaging if it was delivered in packaging. We are flexible, so please send us an email explaining your situation. If eligible, we will issue an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). The RMA# must be included on or inside the return package. Once received with the matching RMA#, we will review the item and determine the refund value.

Motominded can only accept returns for purchases made on Motominded.com. If your item was purchased from one of our dealers, please return it to them.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer returns for international orders.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund (full or partial). If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Warranty

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all in-house products for failures not related to crash or abuse from the original owner. This includes normal riding and racing use.   However, accidents happen, we have a crash replacement program that replaces broken parts at a 40% discount.  First step is to fill out our simple and fast warranty form below.

Components manufactured by others that are incorporated into some of our products, such as LEDs, USB ports, Rear Brake Switches will be subject to that manufacturer's warranty. See LED Warranty below.

LED Warranty

For LED warranties, please reach out directly to the LED manufacturer's via their warranty page. We exclusively work with LED manufacturers who are based in the USA and carry a warranty similar to ours.
